To continue to develop employees, the Bank offered an optional full day, in-person, on-site Project Management Training on May 23, 2023.

The Bank partnered with Project Management Academy, an external training company to provide this training. A subject matter expert, Adrian Mendoza, facilitated the training discussing how to start, plan, and execute a project, as well as best practices for monitoring and controlling the project.

The event maximum of 20 employees attended and enjoyed the opportunity to learn and develop a new skill as well as the delicious lunch provided by Nippon Club!
