Hi, this is Morgan from the Americas Division in New York.

Beginning in Fiscal Year 2023, we began offering all new hires, their manager, and one colleague to go to lunch together during the first 30 days of employment to improve open communications and team building. We have received positive feedback from this initiative from the new hire and their manager.

Additionally, in Fiscal Year 2023 we offered a quarterly group lunch to all new hires from the quarter and their manager. As we hire employees twice per month, some employees did not have the opportunity to know other new hires and form bonds.

The quarterly group lunch is held in the office following the end of a quarter for all the new hires to communicate with others and again deepen their connection within the organization. This initiative has received positive feedback from managers and new hires.
