Hi, this is Kiyomi. I am in charge of SDGs activities at the Singapore branch.

On 13th Dec 2024, 20 volunteer members from SGP branch visited the AWWA Day Care Centre and participated in a Christmas party with AWWA clients and staff. The gifts for AWWA clients and the lunch for the participants were sponsored by SGP branch.

I would like to share our volunteer activities with you.

We arrived at the AWWA Day Care Centre at 10:00am. The staff gave us some important instructions. We then had a briefing on the day’s program in the activity room. We will decorate brownies for Christmas.

Presents bought by all the volunteer staff.

We gave them gifts that were on their wish lists, and they were so happy.

We had KFC for lunch, as requested by them. Fast food is a treat for them since they can’t go out much.

We also had a wonderful time with everyone at AWWA and it was great to see everyone’s smiles as they received their Christmas presents.

In 2025, AWWA will celebrate its 55th anniversary. SGP Branch will continue to support AWWA.
