To continue to develop employees, the Bank offered a half day, in-person, on-site Training on Managing in a Hybrid Environment on August 3^rd and 22^nd.

The Bank partnered with Project Management Academy, an external training company to provide this training. A subject matter expert, Scott Rake, facilitated the training discussing Building trust, setting virtual teams up for success and creating a healthy virtual environment. 43 Managers attended and were provided with the opportunity to learn and develop new skills.
