The Americas Division hosted a Happy Hour to support Pride Month. 

Brad Baumoel, the Global Head of LGBTQ+ Affairs at JP Morgan Chase, provided our employees with an impactful speech on how to create a more inclusive environment for the LGBTQIA+ community.Mr. Baumoel’s engaging speech provided participants an opportunity to learn how to bring about inclusive change in the workplace.

57 employees attended the event and the feedback from employees was overwhelmingly positive and we are grateful for his time.

We also showcased LGBTQIA-owned businesses. We provided donuts from Bite Donuts, cookies and brownies from Wunderkeks, and popcorn, cheese bites and cinnamon twists from Pipcorn. The Paloma Girls served delicious signature Pride cocktails.

We also purchased goodies to give away to our employees from LGBTQIA Owned businesses including:

・Boy Smells; and,

・Malin & Goetz
