Hi, this is Kiyomi. I am in charge of SDGs activities at the Singapore branch.

In Nov 2024, many of our employees and their families participated in the annual charity event, “POSB PAssion Run for Kids.”

This year’s theme was “Follow Your Dream.” Various race categories were held, including a non-competitive 3.5km family walk, individual competitions, and team competitions. Although it had rained heavily the day before, the weather was fine on the day, and a total of 80 people participated.

It’s the goal!

The POSB PAssion Kids Fund aims to support children in the community through development programmes in Singapore. Since its establishment, the foundation has supported approximately 870,000 children, including beneficiaries from low-income families, children with disabilities, and youths at risk through over 236 programmes that contribute to social capital and community development. Every year, POSB organises a Run for Kids event, and the participation fees go toward this fund. Singapore Branch has been supporting this event for many years. (The Post Office Savings Bank (POSB) has been operating as part of DBS Bank since November 16, 1998)

In 2024, over 6,400 people have joined the race, and we have raised $1,370,000 so far! Thanks to all of your amazing support! All SGP branches will be supporting Run for Kids in 2025 as well!
