To continue to develop employees, the Bank offered an optional full day, in-person, on-site AGILE Leadership Training on January 16, 2024.

The Bank partnered with Project Management Academy, an external training company to provide this training. A subject matter expert, Shika Carter, facilitated the training discussing what it means to be Agile, including the mindset, key practices, and techniques.

17 employees attended and enjoyed the opportunity to learn and develop a new skill as well as the delicious lunch provided Chipotle!
