Hi, this is Morgan from NY branch.

To support employee morale and provide an opportunity for employees to engage with each other, the Bank organized an in-office team building challenge. Departments split up into groups of 5members with some employees joining different departments for collaboration. Teams then participated in 3 challenges to win a prize!

●Challenge 1: Blanket Flip – all group members stood on a blanket. The first group to flip the blanket over without stepping off or using their hands wins.

●Challenge 2: Bridge Challenge – Participants received a box of paperclips, a box of straws, and a roll of tape. They had 25 minutes to build a bridge that can hold the most weight using only the materials in front of them.

●Challenge 3: Teams worked together to put together a blank jigsaw puzzle. The team with the least number of loose pieces at the end of the 15 minutes won.

Employees enjoyed the opportunity to engage and have fun with their co-workers during work hours. 12 sessions were held to accommodate staff, congratulations to the 12 winning teams!
