To continue to develop employees, the Bank offered an optional full day, in-person, on-site Change Management Training on October 18^th, 2023. The Bank partnered with Project Management Academy, an external training company to provide this training.

A subject matter expert, Shika Carter, facilitated the training discussing techniques and skills to clearly define the change to generate support, assess organizational readiness, develop a change management plan, effectively addressing resistance, create critical communications to keep everyone engaged through the change, as well as how to identify the critical success factors to sustaining the change once it is implemented.

16  employees attended and enjoyed the opportunity to learn and develop a new skill as well as the delicious lunch provided by Chipotle!
