The Americas Division hosted a Happy Hour to support Disability Employment Awareness Month. Joan Willor, TD Bank Group, SVP HR Lead for the Corporate & Control Functions, and Epoch Investment Partners, provided our employees with an impactful speech on how to create a more inclusive environment for the Disabled community.

Ms. Willor’s engaging speech provided participants an opportunity to learn how to bring about inclusive change in the workplace. 35 employees attended the event and the feedback from employees was overwhelmingly positive and we are grateful for her time.

We also showcased Disabled-owned businesses. We provided different flavored popcorn from Poppin Joe’s and cookies from Colletty’s Cookies. The Paloma Girls served delicious signature Fall themed cocktails. We also purchased goodies to give away to our employees from Disabled Owned businesses including:

・Loyalty Bookstore;

・Pale Horse Coffee;

・Bub’n Mutha’s Space Blends; and,

・2 Blind Brothers
